DAVENPORT, Iowa—
A Davenport woman is facing several charges after she was accused of trying to run down a man with two small children in the back of her vehicle.Police say Shidona Jetter, 19, was arrested Saturday after allegedly driving towards a man in the Von Maur parking lot. The man was not hit.
Jetter was booked in Scott County jail on several charges, including child endangerment.
